Joe Henshaw was raised in a family where building was a part of life.  With two grandfathers who were custom builders, he gained an appreciation for craftsmanship early in life.  At the age of 20, Joe decided to follow in his grandfathers' footsteps and began his career in construction.  In1999, after working for five years as a carpenter for reputable local builders, Joe founded Henshaw & Company, Inc.

Today, Henshaw & Company has grown into a family business, with Joe's wife, Lacy Ann, and son, Aaron joining the business full-time in recent years.  The company is fortunate to also employ an unbeatable team of skilled professionals that includes an estimator, project manager, shop foreman, carpenters and painters.  Additionally, we have long-standing relationships with skilled, professional subcontractors to ensure the highest quality workmanship through all phases of a project.
